enjoy the series, amazed how owners do such things as mingle business expenses and household expenses - using the same cc for both, not being honest with Marcus and Marcus discovers this on various financial statements. I would like to see how various business's are doing after 6 months or a year under Marcus's tenure.

I love this show. Marcus doesn't take shite and tells it like it is. A lot of what happens seems kinda fake and scripted, but I can get past that because I do enjoy the business aspect of it.
There must be some serious contingencies on the deals though. A few episodes have gone through remodels and Marcus bought thousands of dollars in equipment, and then a month later the deal falls through because of some financial discrepancies.
