crouch sent off after 2 yellows in 2 minutes.
Watching the highlights, Crouch's first yellow wasn't much of anything. His second, however, could have been a straight red.

Terrible handball call to decide the Dallas/Vancouver match.

Not really. I haven't seen anyone that agrees with it. It clearly wasn't deliberate and his arms were in a natural position. That wasn't a handball.

He was looking right at the ball before it bounced into him off a very long and slow throw and did nothing to move his arms away. Then he tried to play it off of his arm by angling the ball away from the goal. I know he was probably attempting to chest it but he didn't. Harsh? A bit. But its hard not to call when you make make a play on the ball and hit it with your arm.

It is sad that we only had 4000 more attend than the match involving the newest club in Scotland...

He thought the ball was going to go off the head of one of the two guys in front of him. That's why he was jumping. He was expecting a deflection that never came.
If the ball hits the right side of his body, the only way for it to go is away from goal.
ETA: Just watched the replay again. He was clearly trying to get out of the way. He was already moving his arm behind his back when the ball hit it.
