JOHN, in which part of my post did I say there was was or wasn't cussing? Clearly my point is: we do not know whether there was or wasn't name calling or cussing, so we cannot make an assessment either way.

I don't think yellow shirt should be sued, Id of reacted exactly as he did.

Oh really? I did not realize that I could legally knock someone out for being drunk and yelling in my face. What if the individual proceeds to crack his skull open on the concrete and is seriously injured or dies? I'm not open to any prosecution or suit?
