Not me but my coworker. She has lost 22 pounds and it's expensive.

I am on day 5

This is the first diet i have ever done......ever.

I am a major sugar holic

I have lost 6 pounds thus far.

There is a consult fee

and i would say at least 90 bucks per week plus grocery

I am struggling to eat 4 cups of raw veggies a day. (since i really don't eat veggies)

I am drinking a good 75oz of water a day ....at first was a chore but has gotten better (I am addicted to coca cola)

Everyone I know that has done has lost weight.

I don't know much about it other than it is expensive.

Save your money and get a Paleo Diet book.

I know several people that have lost weight on this diet only to gain it back faster than they lost it.

Shakeology is cheaper and I've gotten amazing results with it combined with exercise.

My wife & MIL are doing it now...started on July 9th. Wife has lost 37#'s in just over 3 months...MIL has lost about 42#'s during the same timeframe. Wife has about 15#'s to go to reach her goal and should do it within the next month.

It ain't cheap, but it does work and you don't go hungry. A lot healthier than the Atkins diet which lets you eat a slab of bacon if you want to. Worth checking out and you will get results if you stick with it.

Too much.

You will lose a metric shite ton of weight. Same as any other ketogenic diet. You do not have to buy into their scheme to do the same thing. Protein powder is relatively cheap.

Worth it?

You will gain every bit of the weight back when you start eating like a normal person again.

I know someone that has dropped 22 lbs in a little over 4 weeks. Who knows what will happen when the person adds carbs back into their diet.
