I'm not that pessimistic about the bench as others are either.

I think as the 4th big, Ajinca brings something. He actually has some offensive game and is a big body needed for a few minutes a game.

I think Rivers has gotten better and is serviceable as the 4th Guard.

Jimmer brings some offense and spacing.

None of those guys are starters. If anything happens to Tyreke, we are essentially fricked because we have NO competent Small Forwards on the team at all. So in terms of "starting ability", this team is paper thin. Role players, I think we are ok.

My main issue is that I don't think the rotations will be good. If the Pels have only one starter (or top 6 player) on the floor at any time, they will be terrible. They need 2-3 top 6 players on the court at all times for this team to work.
