Absolutely loved this movie as a kid.

It hasn't aged well, IMO, but a young Jlackie Chan keeps it awesome.

Virtually every line of that movie is quotable.

I'm with ya. I think I watched it every time it came on. The outtakes at the end were awesome as well.

The spit take by the guy at the bar when he hears Dean Martin (dressed as a priest) make the comment about how if they would have dressed as Methodists they would have had a shot at getting laid is awesome.

Jackie Chan, who was a nobody at that time (at least in the USA) kicking Peter Fonda's arse is great!!

I loved the intro to the Cannonball Run II. The rest of the movie wasn't near as good as the first, but the intro was pretty darn awesome for an 8 year old (I think that is about the age I was when I first watched it).
Here it is: Cannonball Run 2 intro

Was the first one, second one, or both that had the car chase around the 20th Century Fox Title Card?

I'm pretty sure that the 2nd one had it, but I'm not sure about the 1st one.
BTW, here is the intro to the 1st Cannonball Run: Cannonball Run intro

II was considered one of the worst movies ever made.

Yeah this falls into the other post about childhood movies. I loved this as a kid with all the car stuff and seeing The Bandit race in a ambulance. Now it's just....ok.

Yeah that second one was pretty bad, but that intro and the fight scene at the end was pretty cool for a kid.

How can you forget to post Chaos!

I agree. Rat Race (early 2000's) is similar and another guilty pleasure of mine as well.
