IT looked much larger than the Liberator but had the similar tail features.

well,there you go. I guess an airshow right across the street from me would have been a little more obvious.

Of course it's in Baton Rouge during the week while everyone is at work

Looks like a larger show is scheduled for this weekend at the Lakefront Airport in New Orleans. They're adding a few more planes for that: B17 bomber, B25 bomber, P51 Mustang, SB2C Hell Diver, & Boeing Stearman.

With the N'Awlins Air Show not coming around this year, this should do for now.
