Tried getting on at Carrolton, no dice. Tried several others, all closed. I had to take airline way down to like the causeway just to get on the damn thing. What's the deal?

I think it was because ex-president Bill Clinton was in town. Whenever the president is in town (and I assume ex-presidents), all I-10 on ramps are closed while he is shuttled to and from the airport. That would be my guess.

On ramps have been closed off and on for a couple weeks now. It's been a major hassle. Is there a website that says what stretches will be closed on what days?
