JT Barrett Heisman Watch

Don't look now but JT Barrett is quietly putting together a great year. After getting sodomized on national television by Virginia Tech in his second career game, he is continuing to improve every week. I knew he would get a lot better, I didn't expect this level of development. He is fun to watch and his decision making is great.
Through 6 games he has 1,998 total yards, 65.2% completion, 24 total TDs and 5 INTs.
For comparison after 6 games last year Jameis had 2,022 total yards, 71.3% completion, 23 total TDs and 3 INTs.
For JT (and OSU) everything hinges on the MSU game on November 8th.
Other QB Contenders:
Dak Prescott (6 games) - 2056 Total yards, 61.5% completion, 23 total TDs and 4 INTs
Jameis Winston (6 games) - 1925 Total yards, 70.6% completion, 15 total TDs and 6 INTs
Marcus Mariota (7 games) - 2246 Total yards, 70.2% completion, 24 total TDs and 0 INTs
Everett Golson (7 games) - 2238 Total yards, 61.9% completion, 23 total TDs and 6 INTs
Bo Wallace (7 games) - 2021 Total yards, 65.6% completion, 19 total TDs and 6 INTs
Bryce Petty (6 games) - 1857 Total yards, 54.7% completion, 20 total TDs and 3 INTs
Obviously it is Dak's to lose at this point. The stats and the level of competition is very impressive. But it all depends on sustained November success.

Dude are you dumb?
Regardless of what happens, and whether or not he deserves it at the end of the year, he will not get it.
If you've paid attention to Heisman races before you'd understand this.

So do you think Barrett will go back to the bench next year? Or does Braxton Miller just go pro?
