They're talking it over now. Some may leave tomorrow after the pheasant hunt.
ETA: which would leave me in this creepy arse farm house by myself again.

Cant be too creepy now after several days here.
Ducks were slow again this am. Did see a few swans but no one had a gun outside of a case or a legal lics to shoot one. Had a big flock of sandhill cranes fly over today also. We have jumped deer up on both of the days while pheasant hunting. Maybe we will get some footage of a big buck tomorrow.
We had more success pushing birds today and roadside hunting this evening. Ended the day by eating some grilled steaks (thanks hoss) and garlic butter taters (thanks whisky) . Then cleaning and prepping stuff for am and sharing life stories, political musings, and general banter over whisky drinks. It is always nice to really get to know the person behind the poster and reflect on your own strengths and shortcomings in relation.
CaptST and Co. Left this evening and 7 are still here. Some in the group will be waterfowl hunting and others will sleep in. We all plan on pheasent hunting again tomorrow and hopefulky all get a rooster. By early afternoon we should be wrapping up and getting packed.

How much do y'all have invested in this trip?
I'm curious because I've got a gun rut hunt in three weeks in Western Kentucky and have about 3k into it, plus new rifle and scope. I'd like to do something else of that nature next year.
A dove hunt in Argentina with nude Spanish señoritas serving cocktails and giving neck rubs at the lodge with eight year old Argentinian boys gathering and plucking doves is on my bucket list, just not anytime soon due to the cost of how I envision the trip to be.

We did a 3 Day SD pheasant hunt for less than a grand a person..... Drove, cooked our own meals ar the house, etc. Not near what your WK deer hunt costs.
The argentina dove/duck hunt runs around $4500 for 3 days.

Does that include airfare, shells, tips for rub n tugs, etc? If so, let's go next week.

Probably so, but the shite I've been exposed to over the course of time is sure to offset those ill effects.
