And maybe they're not wanting to be in that 50% that fail. Think about it this way...a woman goes to college and graduates by what...21 or 22 or later.

Then, in this romanticized version of marriage you only see in Norman Rockwell paintings, she gives up her profession to care for her children. She basically wasted her college education and money making potential, which is supposed to be for her, before she's 25.

It kind of sucks. I don't blame a woman for doing her in her 20's.

Also, though, I'm not saying that crazy doesn't play a part in a majority of these women. A lot of them just have no clue about who they are or their value. A lot of them are not professionals, they aren't ambitious or hard-working and just are floating through life. But don't let that discount the ones that are not.
