I love Bruce, who I would argue is the engine that drove Cream, but Ginger Baker is just all over the place. He's not my favorite. I thought about Moon and Entwistle, and I won't argue against them. I think Bonham and JPJ are better, but I didn't want to detract from my point that Bruford and Squire are severely underrated (as is Howe on guitar). Yes got lost in its own pretentiousness at times, but man, their rhythm section could f'n swing.
