"The patient claims to have had contact with the Dallas 'patient zero,'" according to a statement from Dana Baird-Hanks, a spokeswoman with the city of Frisco.
According to a statement from the clinic, the patient answered "yes" on a form "regarding travel to West Africa."

Man, Texas sure has been under stress lately. First the southern border and now Ebola. I guess it's all just a coincidence. :tongueincheek:

If a person knew they had contact with Patient Zero, yet they did not volunteer themselves to be monitored, is that criminal negligence? How many more others are not part of the monitoring group.
This person, by going to a CareNow clinic, could have just started a much bigger circle of sick people... that's like walking into Walmart pharmacy for Ebola...

This is what confuses me. The doctors tell us that we're fine and that it's not easily transmitted. You have to be in contact with their bodily fluids AND they have to be symptomatic.
Then, someone contracts it (or has symptoms) and the news says, "They had contact with the patient."
I then think to myself, "What the frick were y'all doing together?"
