Post your increases here.
Not much has changed with our company's available options from last year.
Medical premiums rose between 11%-14% depending on the plan. New Dental vendor but Dental and Vision premiums remained the same. We're still given two medical options:
1) Consumer Driven (High Deductible) w/ HSA - $1500/$3000 individual/family deductible (Company contributes $500 for individuals and $1000 for families to HSA)
2) CoPay Plan - $30 (Spousal Surcharge of $100/month added to premium)
We're also given discounts for non-tobacco use.
I'm young and have been on the Consumer Driven plan for two years. It has worked out great for us even through a pregnancy and the kid's first year. Monthly premiums increased from $72 to $80 ~ 11%.

Everyone in my family who has group coverage, (4 of us) have had a 30 to 40% increase in the last year to 14 months.
Would love to have gotten off with just an 11-14% bump.

quote:Umm... This isn't the premium. It may be your share, but it's not the whole premium. If so... Please post your broker! I want to speak with him/her

I think we are all extremely lucky that the employer mandate got pushed back. I can only imagine what will happen when it finally goes into effect.

Ours increased by 15% but we were given options for discounts for doing health screens, being tobacco free, etc. It almost offset the increase if you jumped through the hoops and don't smoke.
