It's nice, close to the mountains, the people are some of the kindest people you will ever meet, clean, ect. Night life leaves much to be desired. There's lots of outdoor activities in the near vicinity, however.

Thanks, that's pretty much what I gather. It's way out there.
There's also the lateral move piece. Has anyone made a lateral move that was actually worth it in the end?
