Colicky baby - I'll never sleep again

Our little bundle of screams has started to be colicky.
Every night, 9ish till around 2 am she cries her head off. Sitting up seems to help her some, laying flat on her back is a no go for sure.
Last night was her first dose of zantec
I just ordered those Dr Brown bottle things
We have been trying gripe water
Generic brand gas drops
We burp her constantly
I know there isn't a cure all, but any advice at all?
FYI - dreams get pretty crazy after long periods of little sleep

I guess I don't really know just how much these help, but my 10 month old niece has been on these since day 1
Never once had an issue with her.
She's also just a really easy-going baby though
good luck man

Try the baby sleeping on an incline. This thing is awesome.
Fischer price rocker sleeper
Also gerber gas drops

Put her in the car and drive her around the block a few times. Seriously.

My son eventually had to get on prescription medication for colic. I feel your pain.
Have you tried switching formulas?

Our first was cut from the same cloth, she slept in the swing (turned on) for the first 6 months.

How old is she?
2 weeks yesterday.
Haven't tried switching formulas yet, well we are on Similac and we tried the fussy and gassy Similac and it did nothing.
Trying not to do too many things at once so we know what is helping and what isn't.

I was going to say let her sleep in a swing, that way she is at an incline. Both of my kids slept in swings until they were around two months old. Also, if she's on formula, try switching to something different. Or if your wife breastfeeds, maybe try to avoid gassy or spicy foods (not sure how true this is, but doesn't hurt to try!).
Also, hire a baby sitter or have a family member come over and take care of her for awhile so you can have a break!!!!

Make sure she has everything she needs... Then let her cry and invest in some earplugs.
Sometimes they just need to cry it out

Get this swing
4moms mamaroo
Pricey, but they are awesome. Our NICU has them. If that swing can work for drug babies that are super irritable and cry all night long without the swing...it can work on any baby.

Not at 2 weeks. The cry out method is recommended for when they are a little older.

I feel ya bro...my boy was that way. Not much helped if I recall. Sleeping on his stomach worked some although they say that a no-no we did it. White noise helped some. And I think the wife gave him a little Benydril to "prime the sleep pump" so to speak which our Doc recommended.
My personal beliefs are that babies are not supposed to get booted out of Mommies bed too soon. That isn't natural so if she is calmer in your bed I would keep her there. It's only since the last 50 years or so that everyone slept apart so it's probably confusing the baby and stressing her out.

That thing is worth every penny it costs and more.

Sometimes they do, but you can usually tell the difference with colic, they'll curl their back and clinch their fists really tight. That's because they are in pain.

If they made those for adults I would buy one for myself
The setting that mimics a car ride seems to be the favorite of fussy NICU babies.

Target has one of those for $159, that's really not that much different in price than other swings.

Swaddle the baby when she/he sleeps.
If you can't do it with a blanket, buy the Velcro sack ones.
