I have been posi-Miles until this year. While he has made bone-headed decisions that cost us games in the past, he always had us ready to compete and I believe he is a genuinely good man. After the last three weeks I see that he will constantly try to fit his players into an outdated model and that is no longer going to cut it. Our West counterparts have adjusted and now have surpassed us. I would love if he adapted and we went forward with him winning another couple of NC's, but he never has done this. He had a good model that made us proud as fans for many years, but it's over with IMO. All good things must come to an end.
