If you want to get into graduate school, it's much harder for you to get in if you're a white male.
If you're a Hispanic transsexual with a physical disability, you could draw a middle finger on the application with dogshit and get into Harvard.

What about successful Asians? Do they have to feel guilty because they are smart and come from 2 parent homes that made them behave and do their homework?

These professional schools would be filled with minorities if that were the case

Yeah, but once those whites get into medical school, specifically, they maintain the lowest attrition rate for academic reasons. It's almost definitely because the training is geared toward white people and the way that they think.
