....because non of those were on this scale or threatened the homeland like this is doing.

What scale are you talking about? How do you measure threat level? Is there a certain of number of African Ebola cases, that when reached, necessitates travel bans? Are you using a quantifiable metric, or are you just making this up on the fly?

A want, do you think France was incorrect in asking airlines to suspend travel from Liberia?

I'm sure most of ya know I'm no Obama fan, but he can't ban travel. The fact is that if a person already has enough money to get here, that person has enough money to get to a country that does allow travel. No ,the answer here is we have to stop it in Africa. Sending those special troops was the right thing to do.

Answered your own questions.

The derangement is disturbing.

You're right, the U.S. can't stop a person from leaving Liberia since there are 200 other countries he could conceivably travel to, but the U.S. can deny a person a visa to this country.

I don't think there's a right or wrong here. This is the first time that an Ebola outbreak has escaped Africa, and accordingly, new precedent is being set.

Yep. So the counterfactual is...Obama issues executive air travel order and ebola doesn't breakout...and it's even MORE proof of how much he wants to shite on the constitution.

explain this travel ban? i mean frick you can't shut down every liner coming into the country. anyone can get a flight out of africa, into a connector in another country and then come to the US.

Although it is part of the reason it has lasted so long this time, as understand it, previous out breaks were far more deadly. So if your not going to be critical of the same decision when the virus was far more dangerous, albeit less likely to spread, then this your opinion is not just irrational but but based in partisan hackery.

I could understand the irrationality, if it was consistent, but since it is not, then your opinion appears void of critical-thinking just lack the hacks on the left that still blame Bush or the Koch brothers for the world's problems. The problem isn't the left or the right, it's the lack of perspective, logic, and reason, which have been missing from every one of your posts in this thread. For your sake, I hope this is the exception.
