Rock and Bowl is another option.
The budget was a rough estimate on my part. It assumes each man in the wedding party pays around $100. If they feel inclined to ball out then I'm all for it. I was just trying to see if there were other venues I might have been overlooking.

We had a surprise party for my mother at Rock n Bowl. Was a kick arse time, but your budget might be a problem.

Why not have several smaller showers with 20 people at someone's house? No reason to have a big arse shower for 60 if you can't afford it.
