The kitchen in that pic is probably closer to $150-200k.
The appliances alone are pushing $50k.
The unseen things such as running gas lines, electricity, water lines, drain lines, etc. adds up quickly.

I think you are talking to sabi. My sink added about a grand total with stone and access door...fixtures and hooking in the water
