I agree, Grimes deserves more time to get his guys in and implement his system. The playcalling has done us no favors. it's not like I'm elated with Grimes' performance thus far, but I know for a fact that vadal is lazy as shite. Porter is a kentucky transfer. Hawkins was raw, and Collins is getting the job done. It's obvious that we really miss Trai Turner's athleticism. we're really just not as athletic as we think we are on the oline

Meanwhile, our dline sucked last year and underachieved in 2012. It's a laugh riot that none of Bain, Herron, and Gilmore are ready.

Well he committed to LSU and we offered a grey shirt and he went to kentucky, didnt like it and came back to LSU. So we wanted him before he went to kentucky. Kentucky just pretty much paid for his first year of school while he would have had to pay his way his first semester at LSU.

Jury still out on Grimes, play calling, QB issues, etc...OL should do better as season progresses and now that we will be running more of a spread offense, it will give them a chance to open holes...
Haley is a good coach, but with the attrition of DL's leaving the program early last few years has hurt the quality and quantity of the DL...Hopefully, some recruits will see they have a chance to play early next year and will try their best to get here and help us win the NC...as we will have an offense that has a LOT of talent on it for the next three years...
