better get used to it, because as long as one side equates having an insurance card with healthcare then the quality of care is only going to go down.

This has been said by those against Obamacare from the start. You have many doctors that have retired, you added millions of new patients and doctors are being paid less to treat them. It takes many years to train and add new doctors. Doctors have options, squeeze them and they will leave the health industry entirely...
