Steamboat Bill's in LC is pretty good for a quick, greasy meal.
Lebleu's Landing is just off the interstate in Sulphur, and I've heard good things, but have not been myself. Seafood place.

It's not right off the interstate but I always hit up Elena's when I'm in town. The best Mexican food in 200 miles. IMO Her chili relleno is transcendent. NOTHING like what you get around here.
