Loggerheads is way out of the way. I'd advise against.

Last time I went my steak was like 1/2 in thick. Was not impressed. Holliers in Sulphur actually does a good ribeye but out of towners will not be impressed with the ambiance

Ember is good.

Lunas has a great atmosphere for night life. Live music. Great food

Spinach ans artichoke dip is amazing. Get the chicken pichetti for the main course. Cant go wrong

Both are very good, Mazens has more of a busy, open atmosphere. La Truffe is smaller, better for a romantic dinner with the lady.

Got it. Thanks. Just to be clear we are talking about Mazen's, not "A-Mazen Seafood and Steak" across 210?

Embers sucks and it's grossly overprioced.

food in the jack daniels place was better.

Do put money on the 6 card option at the 3 card table.

Mazen's is my favorite restaurant in town. Pat's of Henderson has a mean crawfish bisque. Heist downtown is a nicer bar with some great specialty drinks and fancier than normal bar food.

I also second Mazens. Check to see if they have any steak specials. From time to time they do, and they are pretty good.

Definitely my favorite place to eat steak in Lake Chuck.

Went a few weeks ago. Ember is pretty good but pricey. Jack Daniels has decent food and a good beer selection.

Play Bier Haus slot. Only one in the place but I hit it twice for a grand each time. Bet max.

Darrell's. Right off 210. College st exit.

Surf N Turf Po Boy. It will change your life.

Go in the Glo Bar and chat up the waitresses and the Blonde Bartender. My friends back home still have pretty good success.
