Miles needs to start doing what he is paid for

It seems Les needs to get his head out of his butt & look at himself in the mirror & realize that he is a SEC college football coach. He is NOT an actor, a comedian, etc. He likes the attention of making commercials, having one-liners ("... dreams come to die"), etc.
That's fine, but he needs to get to work with this team. He needs to quit worrying about getting in front of the lights & start working behind the scenes. This team has a lot of potential, but they are young & need lots of hard work (LOTS)!!! The most experienced unit is the O-line, but they have a new coach. This will take more effort to work out the kinks.
God knows that I am not talking about Les calling plays. What I am talking about is for him to hold his coaches, players, support staff, etc. accountable to perform at the highest level possible. I don't think that this is asking too much from a man making millions of dollars per year.
I am not a Les hater! I am a true LSU fan who expects the best from this team. Les needs to get back to work doing what he is paid to do.

Hear your frustration... but Les is focused on his team and a lot does go on "behind the scenes" as you say.
As for his pay.... his results are top notch --- yet he's paid less than some SEC "new hires".
Let's see if UT, UK, OM, Auburn and aTm get their money's worth over a 10 year period, then judge.
Let's say - just for argument's sake -- we go 8-4 this year, then 11-1 and into the playoff and play for the championship next year. Was there any "failure"? It's in the eyes of the evaluator... to my eyes, we can go 11 - 1 or 7 - 5 this year ---- how Les, his coaches and the players handle the rest of the way determines that.
Either way I'll be watching and cheering FOR LSU -- not against our coach, bashing our players or otherwise sending out a negative vibe about the team like so many seem to want to do.

What do you think Les is doing right this minute?

No offense but, you're a fricking moron!

I'm not a huge Les guy but I'm pretty sure he isn't writing down one liners and doing commercials during practice.

Again...
He will be 4-1 after this weekend with a True Sophomore ball tosser and True Freshman QB.
The End.

He needs to quit being a stubborn arse and play the best players at their respective positions.

I am speechless. I would say this is the most mentally retarded thing I have ever read, but that would be an insult to mentally retarded people.
