People on here talked as if Grimes was bigger than Jesus all summer. I didn't buy it then and people thought I was stupid because everyone wants to buy into some hype. The best OL coach in the country isn't coming to us from Maryland. Sorry. Not happening. We didn't get the best guy for the job and it's clear.

Yep, he played 16 years in the NFL (With many Pro-Bowls) but he didn't learn enough in that time period that would make him a great OL coach. 
If Grimes is going to be successful here though, he'll have to recruit OL's that Zone Blocked in high school so there wont have to be such a high learning curve.
