I don't know how CFA could keep that experience up if they go public. I'm sure they are very successful financially, but they only have to answer to a few shareholders.
Did you see a few weeks ago, there was some investment firm out there that wrote a paper trashing Olive Garden becasue they said it gave out too many breadsticks? That is the kind of crap CFA would have to put up with.
CFA rocks because they use better ingredients, AND HIRE BETTER PEOPLE, than the other fast food chains. They can do this because no one is squeezing them for an additional penny on EPS.

This is the major key. I would even sacrifice some food quality for quality employees. Their staff is always polite, friendly, prompt, and accurate. Also, the facility is always very clean. The GOAT!

FWIW Olive Garden is a subsidiary and does not itself trade publicly.
