Does the OT recommend sending it back to Citizen or taking it for repair at a local jeweler? Less than 1 yr old

TIA

Send it to a competent watch guy. The jeweler will like just pass it on to their watch maker.

Also, get sapphire crystal to replace the mineral crystal.

That sucks. That's pretty nice for a Citizen. Not hating, I have a few watches in that price range, I just don't like Citizens.

Competent watch maker. He should fix you up in a few days.

Dropped mine on granite and same thing happened. Didn't cost much at a local jeweler.

This is the OT, you should replace with the watch below. Not even worth worrying about repairing.

I'd send it to Citizen if they offer that service. I recently sent my watch to Germany where it was made...it's nice to have the manufacturer redo the movement regulation.

Sorry, any watch worth buying or repairing will have a sapphire crystal. I learned this the hard way. The Omega Speedmaster with the hexalite crystal is the only exception, due to its history. Mineral glass is junk and will get scratches.

That's pretty young to be a jeweler.

(Doubts this will turn out well)
