I need to get in on this....provide cheap rides to an area without public transit, then gouge the shite out of them on the ride back when they have few, if any other options.

The trick is not letting them know about the gouging until they've already let you take them up shite creek.

Hell, I'd drive them 19 miles for only $399!!!

Lol. frick Uber. The surge pricing is shady and it's not at all clear what a ride will cost you. And good luck if you get stuck in 30 minutes of traffic during surge pricing. Your estimated ride price started at $60 and now you're paying $300. Retarded.

It's an absolutely worthless service if there is any kind of event going on in the area. People will start to learn eventually.
