I just wanted to clear the air with the bullshite two te look.
5 plays, we ran five plays with the 2 tes.
24 plays with 1 fb 1 te and 2 wrs.
25 plays with 1 rb, 1 te and 3 wrs.
Guys the plays were there in the passing game. Hope is not lost, but we have to make the change to Harris. The problem was waiting too long. Let's hope the coaches do the right thing and get Harris some serious game time this weekend and not bullshite mop up duty up 40 pts.

miles will lose the team and the fans if he trots out jennings onto the field again

I would like to know more...score of the game when these formations were run and quarter

maybe, but weve had success in that look before. It's just using it too much too early. But then again, your qb completes the passes you throw out of that formation you will have more success running it. our qb couldnt do that.

What were those run/pass splits before LSU trailed 34-10? And how many of those runs after 34-10 were QB scrambles? I'll hang up and listen.

Great post but it ain't QB... I think we've made huge Grimy step backward in O Line and he D Line looks weak... No strength...

Same was said in 2011. Team and fans still here.

we didnt open it up until it was too late, we were probably already down 21 points. I just see people saying we ran the 2 tes all day which we did it 5 times out of 72 plays. I was just noting that we actually ran more plays not in the power I.

Well Jennings threw it 26 times. So, maybe 26 passes to 32 or so runs prior to Jennings going out.
Not the Air Raid for sure, but a long way from 3 yds and a cloud of dust, 1972 Miami Dolphin offense a lot of folks on here think we run.
Problem was AJ only completed half his passes.

I dont know how many were qb scrambles, the run pass was 15 to 8 until we got down 31-10. Look all im saying is we ran more plays out of multiple wr sets. people are constantly bitching about that.

You have no freaking clue.
You have absolutely no idea of the dynamics within the team.

the fans
Nope. Just wannabees like you.
Sad sad sad little poser.

15 of those passes were in the 4th quarter and 9 of those were in the final 3 minutes by Harris.

It was discussed in another thread that we ran 2 wr I formation a lot more than 2 TE I formation...we still weren't successful running from either

actually that is wrong. the rbs were 13 for 63 yards out of the pro set. not great but it was actually par for our average.

the main issue is the frequency of the running on first and throwing on third. We need to be more equal passing on first down. I have no problem then mixing in a run on 3 and 8 every now and then. Good coordinators can take away your first option when they know you are running it.

Here's a good tidbit from S/S
"LSU ran a total of 31 plays with a 1st and 10.
Of those 31 plays, Cam Cameron called 15 runs and 16 passes. It seems pretty balanced, but once again, put an asterisk by that mark because prior to State getting up by 21 points in the third quarter LSU ran the ball on 14 of its 18 plays on first down.
Also, six of those 16 passes belonged to Brandon Harris after the score was out of hand. "
Completely and utterly predictable.
