Since fantasy basketball is pretty much the best fantasy sport out there, I am wanting to get into another competitive league. This league will be a dynasty format starting this year.

Rules are open to discussion by the league members. Here's my initial thoughts:

15 roster spots with 2 IRs. SO max of 17 per team (should keep FA pool and streaming light).
0 draft pick trading for initial draft. Will vote on whether rookie draft picks are eligible for trade.

INITIAL DRAFT:

Initial draft will be 13 rounds, snake format.
There will also be a two round rookie/FA pool draft in reverse snake order of initial draft.

FUTURE DRAFTS:

A week before rookie/FA pool draft, each team must trim down rosters to 15. The rookie/FA pool draft will be in reverse order of finish (or we can do lottery format, or bottom 6 playoff--will vote).

Rookie/FA pool draft will be 2 rounds, snake format. Owner will have the option of dropping a player to pick from anyone available in the pool--both FAs and rookies. Owner has the option to decline the pick.

LEAGUE SETTINGS:

Open for suggestions/votes. But will follow traditional H2H, 8 cat format.
$100 entry, will vote on payout.

I'll need a co-commish to assist with the league, I'm out of pocket most days. I just want to get this league up and running.

Owners--Since this is a dynasty league, I'll likely side with owners I have a history of playing fantasy leagues with. I don't want anyone ditching after a year.

Are we sticking by this? It says in the paragraph above "open to discussion".
