I forgot that there is a CenturyLink building right beside the property so if I don't want to use my data on my wireless plan, I can just use their free wifi. (We were given permission)

My camp has electricity
Well that makes it way fricking easier. Hot, running water should be a piece of cake. You should be able to find a container, pump, and water heater on Craigslist for $200 or so. Home depot bill will be about $200 for pvc, fittings, faucets, etc.

There was a door in one wall I said "what's in that room?" and he said "that area collapsed so we just leave the door closed now...."

Get one them square plastic tanks to catch rain water. Then plumb your lines. My camp uses a small 12 volt pump that they use on RV's.
Works fine at my camp

How much does a 12v pump cost and where do I get it from?
Also where do I buy those big arse drums?

pumps are cheap. I have a line on them square containers i posted. $75 and they hold like 250 gallons
any place that sells campers should have the pumps. You'll just need a 12 volt battery.

Since you have electricity you can use a 120v system, unless you just like hauling batteries around.
You can rig up this system to it somehow I'm sure, and sell the parts you don't need. LINK
Here's another something you can rig up. LINK
Here's a $100 container. LINK
And here's someone who will put it together for you. Call Tyrone

Call the city and see if they will put a water tower on your property. They normally have drains on them and you can just hook a hose up to your camp. I would use sch 40 pipe though. If you do, you won't have to worry about a pump.

$100 is the going price for once used
just make sure they were used for storing syrup or something else food-grade, and not pesticides
