I won't see it in theaters most likely, but I actually think this looks sort of cool.

Taking the wife and kids this weekend. They have all read the book, so I was told we would be going this weekend.

Haven't seen it. But, Kaya Scodelari has a role in it. Which is a huge plus in my book.

Going to see it Friday for date night with the wife. She's read the books and liked them, but I only have cursory knowledge of the plot.
If it can pleasantly surprise me like Divergent did, I'll be satisfied.

Dylan O'Brien.. I like his kid, he's shown some really good range. I think he'll get bigger roles as he progresses in his career ..I'll probably go see it just b/c him being in it

Anyone going to see it?
My 12 year old son has already twisted my arm into going see it Sunday. He's read the first two books in the series in the past month and is on the third...so, if it helps make him want to read than so be it.
I am sick of hearing about whatever the frick a griever is, though...

It got better reviews than I thought it would. Will probably wait for redbox though.

The books are solid reads....interested to see how they make some of the stuff in the books come alive on screen...

I didn't know it was part of a series. Does the first film stand alone pretty well? May wait if not.
