I honestly didn't mean just on Seinfeld. I meant on all the NYC based shows.

on HIMYM, Ted was an low level architect and Marshal was in Law School. 2 Bedroom place on the UWS.

Friends: Joey Tribiani never had a job, but Chandler had a good one.

Rachel works on a coffee house (although that apartment is explained in an episode). Monica was a line cook that eventually made executive chef (but never seemed to work).

And they lived in two bedroom apartments in Greenwich Village.

The frick.

That would have been a little high in the 90s. Equivalent to $3500 today. Stayed in a place this year on 89th and Amsterdam that was a 2br for $3300
