You have to go by my mom's house and see if she has any if the Boudin balls my wife made leftover.
It was only last weekend so you may still have a chance.

Not any "good" stuff that I know about. Richard's and Savoies in the grocery stores, and that's about it.

Sounds like a potential business opportunity to me

Good boudin would sell very well here.

Good to hear. I didn't know they made boudin. I'll tryst.
There is (or was) a former NFL player that operated a boudin shop on Jackson last year. I bought a few links from him last year, but I didn't find it to be that good.

I brought 35 lbs home from 7 different places around Laffy yesterday. I have no plans of sharing though.

I think I've seen it at Randell's at the corner Finks Hideaway and Old Sterlington.
I remember getting some boudin stuffed bell peppers and mushrooms for the grill, they were great!

I think a well placed proper Boudin/specialty meat place would do very well in NELA.

What I wouldn't do to be able to get crappy boudin like Zummos here in Richmond, VA. have to get anything good shipped or bad stuff. The cannot tell you how bad the food is here and I am from West Monroe.

Maybe some BOUDAIN shipped in from Texas
Richard's in the grocery is better than you'll find outside of the 'golden triangle' (Mamou - Krotz Springs - Lafayette area).

That "BOUDAIN" from Texas comes from a spot a helluva lot closer to Lake Charles than Monroe, by the way. Richards boudin crisped up on the grill is pretty damn good eating.
