If the lady never mentions her boyfriend, as far as I'm concerned, she doesn't have one. If the lady isn't wearing a ring, and she never mentions her husband, then she isn't married. In those cases, it's solely the fault of the cheater, and nobody else. Now if she mentions a boyfriend/husband, or you somehow know about the significant other, the person who is being cheated with is just as much at fault, and is simply being a jerk.

I did this last night and don't feel good about it even though the woman and her husband have been mutually separated for 2 years now. Just started going out with her and she likes me a lot but I don't like the fact that she is by the strictest of definitions technically married. No sex has been had but we have kissed. An official divorce is imminent but hasn't been finalized yet but it still doesn't feel right. Might have to break it off before it gets too serious.
