Overall, his job is to move the progressive agenda forward so many may see the positives as negatives but you can't view it that way. Obama will be judged on mobilizing a Arab fighting force to defeat ISIL and presuading NATO to stand up to Putin.

Obama, like FDR in the 30's, extended the recovery from the recession/depression. Reagan's policies had us back to full force within 2 years but cutting taxes and de-regulating. Obama has done the opposite.

If Obama can effectively complete these two tasks, he will deserve praise for this. But, when I say "complete", I really mean "complete", and not making a couple of speeches saying "I ended Putin's aggression" "I defeated ISIL"
