Why attack on the border when they can just walk on in and attack pretty much anywhere they want?

Seems like they're clearly saying they're going to attack in the U.S. They're just operating in the border city of Juarez (not far from El Paso)

I think we should all be frustrated with Washington for not securing the border....but I just don't see Islamic terrorist groups being a threat there. I hope I'm correct.

Our border is in shambles we can all agree.
But my thing is, USA is the biggest client for Mexican cartels...I'd almost think that the cartels would fight to keep ISIS out to not harm their bankroll

I'm pretty sure they are inferring that a city close to the border will be the area of attack...
El Paso, San Antonio, Houston are all within a few hours drive of the Mexican border.
How bad would it be for the administration if this did take place? I mean, the left blamed Bush for 9/11, I would expect the same outrage from them for this

That would change the immigration debate in ways Obama would definitely not like and it would be the dumbest thing they could do, giving a good reason for American's to wake up for real.
