Bush said he had a plan.
They made it in a couple months and didn't see what was gonna happen a month after liberating Iraq.

It took years to plan for WW2.

So Obama doesn't have a plan yet? That's a good thing.

They don't need to know the strategy anyway, if there is one.

Only a fool doesn't plan for every contingency. Just sitting there and let events control you isn't wise.

Bush had no plan .

But we didn't take years to plan WW2

Midway was less than a year after Pearl.

Obama should have known about Isis years ago but instead he's caught by surprise and has no blue .
