There are 4 calories in carbs and protein and 9 in fats. Chick sucks at math.

ETA: Not to mention her scale apparently indicates 14.7 oz or about 417 g. Even then her calorie estimate seems dubious.

That's really not that bad depending on how the rest of your diet goes the rest of the day. I could eat 3 of these and still be close to my alotted amount. I may have one this afternoon.
