I heard about this yesterday, and decided to do some research.
So you read its Wikipedia page, right?
In all seriousness, it's pretty cool, but is most likely just a bunch of nonsense bullshite.
You want to read about cool shite, check out the antikythera device, and have your mind fairly blown.

that is clear. What is not clear is how that is really weird?
It's like the post was emphasising how weird it was that A was written by A and B was written by B.
What it meant to emphasise was that 2 different people wrote it in 2 different languages.
Or 1 schizophrenic wrote it

Well I thought so too but evidently not everyone did.
The point is why does that particular fact need to be pointed out as particularly weird? If it's written in two different languages by two different people then that is what I would expect it to be.

If no one knows what language it's written in, how does someone know there are two different languages?

I think it's pretty weird that two source languages were encoded into one character set in different ways by two (or more) different people. Why would you do that? Why wouldn't you use one consistent set of rules for the encoding?

Looks like a second grader drew the pics

Again, yes. That is weird.
What is not weird is that A Wrote A and B wrote B which is abritrary and I could just as justifiably say that
A wrote B and B wrote A

By a statistical analysis of the characters. Each language has a pattern of letter frequency. The letter 'e' is the most common in English but not in other languages.

Which would be just as weird.

It's semantics, but you can't prove the validity of your or my statements.
A and B writers are arbitrary since neither have a descriptor. So, A and B as they are assigned to each language are arbitrary and interchangeable.
So the assumption of A or B as the writer of A or B is not weird at all.

Perhaps you're focusing too much on A and B. We can call them Joe and Charley, it doesn't matter. What's weird isn't they they're called Joe and Charley. What's weird is that there is a Joe and a Charley in the first place and that they used different encoding rules to generate the document from the source language. Or that they were transcribing from two different source languages.

Maybe he was ambidextrous and wrote part of it left handed.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

We will have sex in your car again, and rub our wieners on it when we run past

What if homeless guy A rubs just homeless dick A on the car and homeless guy B just rubs homeless dick B? Wouldn't that be weird?

It was nice of you to leave a note at least.
