wow.. and you are gaining muscle doing all of that cardio? you must be eating a ton.

I lift 4.. only carb up heavy on 3 of those days. and do interval cardio 3 days per week.

Was shredded without the starches but was miserable and feel i lost muscle.

Best thing I did was to add volume of starch post workout. I can add muscle without much fat..
I would not hit heavy starch 4 days IMHO.. I"d start with 3 and eat low glycemic carbs on the other days since you do heavy cardio..

Everyone's different

I will be making grillades and cheese grits tonight with.

Lamb leg, cauliflower and goat cheese. I'll try to get pics and post a result.

cauliflower

probably using one of the cauliflower-as-grits recipes.

cauliflower is very versatile and perfect to make 'mashed potatoes', 'rice' or 'grits'.

I really, really wish I could like this.... But I can't ever add enough stuff to completely mask the cauliflower taste. I HATE cauliflower...

If you feel like you need pasta, substitute zucchini sliced in a mandolin for the noodles. Boil for a minute, then press to get excess water out. No carb "noodles".

Darla, you're killing me. That all looks so good and I'm hungry, but gin must come first. Toasts for CIT will be had.
