No cooler - here this is my system set up - I only had like 900-1k to spend so leave me alone about the set up
Samsung DVD Burner
Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
AMD FX-4300
I have 2 of these in here (WD Blue 1 TB A piece)
Ballistix Tactical 16 Gb Ram
SC Gtx 650 Ti Boost
Thor V2
Corsair Tx850 Watt
I could also use help OC'ing the ram.. I haven't done it yet but I'm curious how much faster and more responsive it will become

I'm assuming by that, you mean you're using the stock cooler

Don't bother. It won't make a difference. You probably wouldn't even notice if it was running at 1333. Just set it to its rated specs (1866, 9-9-9-24, 1.5V) and leave it alone.
EDIT: next time you do a new build, ask the gaming board for help selecting parts.
