I think this is something that bothers some lawyers. From the outset, we're told that we're joining something that isn't a job, or even a profession, but constitutes some permanent life change that provides a whole slew of responsibilities and assets.

But to me, it's always been just a job. A client is just a client. I understand my responsibilities, and I understand why it can certainly seems like a lifestyle sometimes, but I'm not a lawyer above all else like some embrace.
