Ouch, the inevitable backtrack when common sense and the facts come out. You were after CNN but still before Obama and Holder. Although I don't expect them to ever publicly backtrack.

The only fact is that the public has only been exposed to some pieces of evidence regarding the shooting and these pieces are being spun by people on both sides to fit their narrative. The investigation needs to be completed and if the officer is guilty, then he should be punished. But we don't know yet.
