A resume by definition isn't just a page though.
It seems fairly trite to exclude candidates based on a silly arbitrary reason.
Anything above 2 pages you have a point.
I have had a resume spill a little on the second page and thought nothing little of it.

true. Mine is a CV but people here don't even know what that is
