Guilty!
(the victim's past is entirely irrelevant)

It wasn't Big Mike's fault.
More smearing...

Amazing, if true...for a number of reasons, including the fact that if committed as a juvenile and not convicted, it is illegal to release this information, I believe.

this is only the beginning!!!!!
Al Sharpton owes the police department an apology for his BS rush to judgement / civil rights drivel.
and I am not joking.
Hatred is brewing in my heart towards this man who is the greatest divider of humanity in my lifetime.
He stirs dissension...without facts..never once has he preached the gospel though he calls himself a "Reverend". How ridiculous!
Black people should hang him for the destruction he has caused to black people.. I guarantee MLK would have discowned this brother

Wouldn't really surprise me at this point.
If it is true, expect a massive DOJ investigation of whoever leaked this to the media considering that juvie files are supposed to be sealed. The DOJ was already pissed that the Ferguson PD released the robbery tape and this sheds further light on the kind of person Brown was.

Wouldn't a transparent DOJ be excited about facts?

His past is a nuclear bomb of a weapon in an emotional debate involving this 'poor, innocent little boy who was just walking to grandma's when he was savagely attacked by an officer because he was black.'
ANY public debate with a racial angle quickly turns into an emotional debate, not a logical one.
I'm also wondering why a juvinile record wouldn't be sealed?

THe cop didn't even know he had robbed a convenience store. He tried to grab him from inside his cop car - which has to be about the dumbest fricking move I've ever heard of coming from a cop. If he had secured him - what then? You're inside the car, the suspect is outside - WTF now? SOunds like a Reno/911 moment to me.

it definitely is. juvenile records are sealed.
that LEO source better hope he doesn't get ratted out or Holder will find some way to nail him to the wall.

Depends on who is releasing it and how they know, I think.
For example, my uncle got shot by a little bastard in north BR years ago who was about 12-13 at the time who also tried to steal his truck. His record would be sealed now but if my uncle would see his picture on TV or hear his name, he'd sure be able to tell people about it.
Cops and court employees involved in the case? Not so much.

The only "transparent" thing about this DOJ is their willingness to cut slack to sacks of shite like the New Black Panther Party, who are up in the middle of this mess.

Do you have evidence that the officer tried to grab him from inside his car?? Because none of the evidence points to this, unless you actually believe anyone would try to pull a 6'4" , 290 lb man through a window into a car..... And you think the officer is the stupid one

Wasn't that Chuck Johnson guy somehow involved in the McDaniel challenge in Mississippi? Claimed he had definitive proof that there was voter fraud he would release?

Don't forget how Elvis and Bigfoot helped kill Brown as well since that's just as plausible as the tripe you just created.
