This X 1000000. Put on a pair of jeans a polo and some work boots, be clean shaven with a decent haircut. Tell them you know nothing but are willing to learn and do anything. If you make it to New Iberia you are doing something wrong.
Bonus Hints- dyed hair, excessive jewelry esp facial, sagging pants, wacked out tats that are visible, or a know it all attitude will basically eliminate you from the get go.
