I think some of y'all aren't resetting your data. There is no possible way to rack up 335 GB of data. Or at least you have really really really try to get it.
I'm at 1.39GB of Mobile data
I'm at 5.79GB of Wifi data
starts back on 1st

I've used 2.6gb on my phone and 4.6gb of my plan's 10gb have been used. The month starts over on the 23rd.

Actually, for me, it's pretty easy to get north of 100Gb/month, but my situation's a bit unique.
First & foremost, I'm a media junkie. I have plenty of portable storage & Plex is like a brother to me.
Second, I travel 200+ days/year for work and I'm pretty much up & down the Gulf Coast the entire time. Let me say this: with the rare exception, hotel wi-fi is utter shite. This runs the gamut from $50/night to $150/night hotels. Likewise, even most of the Ethernet connections are severely restricted (or otherwise set up improperly).
Next, I have a single IP available to me at my home; they offer shite speeds, the monthly fee is ridiculous, and they demand a rental fee for the crappy modem/router combo they use.
Finally, I have Verizon Unlimited data.
